This role requires someone with a balance of analytical skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. The GenAI Specialist will be instrumental in designing and implementing data strategies that enhance business growth, optimize operations, and foster an inclusive environment of innovation.

• Degree in technical-scientific disciplines; a PhD is considered a plus
• NLP tools: NLTK and Spacy for classical NLP, and Huggingface open-source models
• Data Science skills: scikit-learn, numpy, pandas
• Deep knowledge of approaches to evaluating supervised and unsupervised models, both in NLP and structured data
• Excellent knowledge of langchain or llamaindex and experience with production projects
• Prompt engineering
• Cloud development on at least one major hyperscaler
• Pytorch or Tensorflow (excellent knowledge)
• Design of cloud architectures and industrialization of AI/GenAI solutions
• Participation in commercial and technical estimates for at least one year, participation in at least one tender
• Team management tools: Jira, Confluence, Kanban boards, Trello, etc.
• Definition, planning, and economic monitoring of projects
