The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.Responsibilities:Translation & Liaison

• Deliver accurate document translation (contracts, policies) and meeting interpretation.
• Liaise with local government recycling departments for communications and filings.
• Facilitate collaboration between domestic teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

Operational Support

• Conduct market research on industry trends, environmental policies, and regulations.
• Assist with customs clearance documentation and coordination.
• Support department management (visas, insurance, team admin).

Administrative Tasks

• Manage staff attendance, performance, and daily correspondence.

• Oversee materials procurement and inventory.
• Maintain asset records, monthly stocktakes, and document distribution.
• Safeguard confidential records (e.g., contracts) and support team activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
• Well organized and enjoys using technology to improve work efficiency.
• International business experience; familiar with local markets and culture; recycling/logistics/supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong communication; excellent teamwork and project management skills; strong organizational and time management abilities with outstanding responsibility and execution; fast-learning and adaptable to quickly master new skills and different work scenarios.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, advanced level of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and execution ability; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Hungarian, English, German. Chinese is plus
