Generative AI Field Solutions Architect Manager (English, French)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience coding in one or more languages such as Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
• Experience building Machine Learning solutions and developing applications using AI frameworks.
• Ability to communicate in English and French fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Experience serving in the capacity of a pre-sales, customer-facing field development manager.
• Experience with contact center technologies and platforms and building conversational applications.
• Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience.

About the job

As a Generative AI (GenAI) Field Solutions Architect Manager, you will leverage your experience and thought leadership in the field of AI and industry business solutions, to lead a team of Field Solutions Architects (FSA), with a mission to incubate, pilot, and deploy AI-driven customer solutions using Google Cloud’s industry-leading AI/ML and GenAI technologies. You will work with AI Natives and large enterprises, as a trusted partner, leveraging Google Cloud’s broad portfolio, with a focus on AI/ML, and especially Generative AI, and a broad knowledge of surrounding themes such as data, security, and infrastructure (TPU/GPU), as well as a consultative mindset. You will also be responsible for communicating in English and French to support client relationship management in this region.

In this role, you will help customers translate their business needs and technical environment to AI solution requirements, co-create AI-driven Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with customers, and work with partners and the teams who bring those MVPs to production. You will support and advise customers in developing their longer term GenAI strategy. You will work with other Google Cloud teams, including the product and engineering team, to remove customer roadblocks and shape the future of offerings. To be successful in this role, you will navigate ambiguity, troubleshoot, and find solutions, and learn quickly in a changing technology space.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and nurture a team of GenAI Field Solutions Architects (FSA), to engage with AI Natives and large enterprise customers on their AI-driven transformation journey.
• Develop and nurture relationships with technical leaders at customers, and lead FSA engagements to ideate, design, build, and deploy GenAI MVPs, in collaboration with the broader Google Cloud go to market team.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as the GenAI product team, to prioritize customer need to product, and bring new product innovations to our customers.
• Set the team’s business goals, objectives, and key results, and develop best practices to achieve those goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest GenAI news and innovations, so as to lead by example and develop as a trusted GenAI advisor to customers.
