Estamos buscando un Gerente de Ventas de Centro de Llamadas que supervisará todos los aspectos de nuestro equipo de centro de llamadas. Como gerente de ventas, asegurarás una experiencia excepcional para el cliente en todos los puntos de contacto, incluyendo el servicio telefónico y los canales de comunicación digital. Esto implica gestionar un equipo de supervisores para ayudar a desarrollar operaciones eficientes, promover ventas y servicios al cliente. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Dirigir un equipo de 5-10 supervisores de centro de llamadas responsables de representantes de entrada y salida.
  • Ser responsable de entrenar y desarrollar informes sobre procesos de servicio al cliente y mejores prácticas.
  • Gestionar métricas, criterios de rendimiento, políticas y procedimientos para mejorar continuamente la productividad del centro de llamadas.
  • Fomentar una cultura de responsabilidad, mejora continua y excelencia personal.
  • Dirigir las actividades de gestión de la fuerza laboral y establecer metas y objetivos de rendimiento en consecuencia.
  • Desarrollar y mantener una estrategia para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente en todas las interacciones de servicio.
  • Proporcionar motivación y desarrollo al equipo para maximizar las oportunidades de ventas.
  • Ser responsable del rendimiento y la productividad general de los informes directos.
  • Revisar y enviar la nómina semanalmente para asegurar entradas correctas.
  • Impulsar el crecimiento de ingresos y beneficios originados desde el centro de llamadas.
  • Demostrar capacidad para cumplir con los objetivos de rendimiento, eficiencia y garantía de calidad.
  • Monitorear los resultados individuales y del equipo para identificar y actuar sobre el rendimiento positivo y negativo.
  • Comunicar mensajes clave de manera efectiva para asegurar que los informes directos estén informados sobre los cambios en los procesos.
  • Proporcionar retroalimentación regular a los supervisores sobre los éxitos de rendimiento y áreas de oportunidad.
  • Trabajar con otros departamentos de la organización, como garantía de calidad, capacitación, TI y reclutamiento.
  • Desarrollar y auditar estrategias de garantía de calidad para asegurar la entrega de un servicio de clase mundial.
  • Determinar procedimientos de trabajo, preparar horarios de trabajo y agilizar el flujo de trabajo.
  • Ser responsable de la contratación, entrenamiento y despido de empleados del centro de llamadas.
  • Ser un experto en la materia sobre el negocio de tu cliente.
  • Gestionar empleados remotos según sea necesario.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
