• Job Role: Junior Campaign Specialist
• Language Requirement: Native-level German and a high level of English.
• Location: Hybrid model based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
• Work Schedule: Full-time (39h per week), Monday to Friday.

Role PurposeIn this role, you will partner with a portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns, ensuring a significant impact on their business growth. This is a target-driven position where you will work both individually and as part of a larger onboarding team.Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and develop PPC campaigns for clients, serving as a trusted consultant.
• Understand customer needs and objectives to create tailored online advertising strategies.
• Drive upsell, ensure account sustainability, and increase customer spend.
• Manage a high volume of daily interactions with clients via phone calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales, online advertising, or a similar field.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively over the phone and produce compelling proposals.
• Analytical mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Client-focused and goal-oriented, with a keen interest in customer interaction.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• A team player with strong ownership of business goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 24,310 gross/year + up to 4,290 gross/year in performance-based bonuses.
• Referral Program: Receive up to 2,000 for referring candidates (depending on language/project).
• Contract: Permanent full-time contract.
