Salary: €1,791.66 gross/month (39 hours/week)
Sign-On Bonus: €1,500About the RoleWe are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide outstanding support in the hospitality industry. The role involves handling inbound calls from German-speaking customers, assisting with reservations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. A sales-oriented mindset is highly valued, as closing bookings will be part of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and provide top-quality customer support in German.
• Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions.
• Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings.
• Upgrade bookings from customers.

What We Offer

• Permanent contract (39 hours/week) after a 2-month probation period.
• Competitive salary of €1,791.66 gross per month.
• €1,500 sign-on bonus.
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (08:00 – 22:00), including alternate weekends.
• Paid training (on-site)

Relocation SupportFor candidates who are not currently residing in Málaga but are willing to relocate, we offer a relocation assistance package to ease the transition:

• Travel Reimbursement: Up to €200 for transfer expenses (train, flight, etc.)
• Financial Assistance for Housing: Between €300-€400 per month (gross), included in the payroll during the first three months in Spain.

Who We Are Looking For

• Native or fluent German speaker + fluent English skills.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Málaga.
