Our German multinational partner company is looking for talented Senior Accounts Payable Accountant and Accounts Payable Accountant colleagues for their growing SSC.The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of accounts payable accounting experience, and at least intermediate English and German knowledge.If you live in Budapest, you can work from home 3 days a week. If you live more than 50 km away from Budapest, you have the option to work remotely.Your tasks will be as an AP Accountant:Invoice receipt
Invoice verification and processing
Outgoing payment processing
Reclaims & corrections
AP Closing and periodical activities
Identify, evaluate and resolve issues
Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures
Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
Provide qualitative customer service
Ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis
Coach and train junior team membersRequirements:English and German language knowledge
Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
Experience in AP or similar position
Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently
Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right timeBenefits:Working in a successful organization
