Our team consists of driven professionals from across Europe, working together to deliver top service to our international clients.As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Telemarketing Department and looking for a German-speaking Telemarketing Agent to join our team in Bel-Air, Estepona.This is a vital front-line role where you’ll be reaching out to interested clients from our database – people who have already signed up to receive more information about buying property in Spain. Your mission is to engage with them, understand their interest, and book an online meeting with one of our real estate agents.It’s a people-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys conversation, follows structure, and wants to work in a supportive, international environment.What We Offer

• Fixed base salary, plus performance-based bonus and commission on property sales from your bookings: The more you put in, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

• Call potential clients from our database who’ve requested more information
• Build rapport and qualify their interest in buying property in Spain
• Book online meetings for our real estate agents
• Follow a proven script and structured processes
• Represent our brand with a positive, helpful attitude

Who You Are

• Native or fluent German speaker, with strong communication skills in English
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to deliver great service
• Based within 30-40 minutes of Bel-Air (Estepona) – as this is a full-time office-based role
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is welcome but not essential
• Comfortable working two weekend shifts per month
• Looking for a stable, long-term role with opportunity to grow
