It offers a wide range of services such as technical support, sales, data analytics and business process management. • Contacting customers via incoming calls, outgoing calls or via the Internet;
• Resolve routine product or service issues for basic inquiries (software updates, model comparisons, car settings, charging).

• Knowledge of German at the C1/C2 level;
• Knowledge of English min B2;
• Openness to shift work and weekend work;
• Communication skills;
• Experience in customer service is welcome.

• Remote work mode;
• Working hours 7 am to 11 pm from Monday to Sunday;
• Employment contract;
