Description de l’entrepriseBandai Namco Entertainment Europe (BNEE) is a leading global publisher and developer of entertainment content for platforms including all major video game consoles and PC.BNEE is building its reputation with franchises such as ELDEN RING, LITTLE NIGHTMARES™, and THE DARK PICTURES ANTHOLOGY.Part of the Japanese Bandai Namco group, an entertainment industry leader with a presence in video games, toys and amusement parks, Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has 15 international offices with operations in 50 countries around the world.Our company motto is ‘Fun for all into the future’!PosteWithin the EMEA Headquarters, you will join the Content Creation & Publishing (CCP) department under the responsibility of the Global Brand Manager who is responsible for The Blood of Dawnwalker project.You will help the team to define and carry out the marketing strategy for a portfolio of products across worldwide territories to expand brand awareness, while maximizing revenue and contributive margin.You will create and provide general support (marketing key beat roadmap, promotional assets, communication tools, reporting, etc.) to local & regional marketing teams, and relevant stakeholders (Management, Production, Development teams, Marketing support teams, etc.)Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):Strategy implementation

• Help define and carry out the brand’s marketing strategy across worldwide territories, supporting regional and local offices to strengthen the brand in all territories
• Transform the project’s main strategic pillars in actionable strategic plans and operational marketing activities
• Work hand-in-hand with marketing support teams (PR, Digital, Social Media, CRM, Event, Licensing, Channel Marketing, Web, E-Commerce, Operations, etc.) to integrate their expertise within the overall strategy at all stages

Project follow- up and team coordination

• Ensure optimal project coordination and brand awareness by working effectively with our internal experts and external stakeholders
• Create and manage internal coordination tools (pre-order follow-up, communication plan, etc.) to meet all marketing & communication milestones

Marketing & Communication milestones

• Collaborate with internal regional teams & external partners to develop and execute all aspects of the marketing plan to maximize the brand awareness and sales

Support and promotion

• Work with the ‘Connect with fans’ team to define the social, community, PR, support and Event strategy
• Liaise with the Go-to-Market department to ensure a proper execution of the marketing plan
• Coordinate effort between sales & digital teams to optimize digital revenues using all available means, including promotional synergies with physical products, cross-platform partnerships, etc.

Profil

• At least a professional experience within the video game industry
• Prior experience in strategic planning and asset creation
• Very good knowledge of marketing principles & tools
• Fluency English is mandatory
• Ability to use Adobe Suite would be a plus
• Ability to work with individuals from different geographies
• Good communication skills to be able to adapt to international and various audiences and a variety of partners
• Diplomatic
• High attention to detail
• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexibility
• Excellent organization and time management ability in order to meet deadlines
