Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionGlobal Business Process Specialist Finance Cross-Functional Processes (Fixed Assets, Capex, and/or Leasing)Locations: Budapest (HU), Riga (LV)The Position:As the Global Business Process Specialist Finance Cross-Functional Processes you are part of the RSS BPM Finance Cross-Functional organization and report functionally to the Global Business Process Manager Plan to retire Fixed Assets (Finance) and administratively to the Chapter Lead Finance Cross-functional.The Opportunity:In this role, you willbe driving the roll-out of SAP S/4 Hana to affiliates in different regionsbe driving / updating / completing the fixed assets back-logwork on the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy with specific focus on the area of fixed assets, capex and leasingcontribute to the define and design of cross divisional state-of-the-art processes within Plan to retire Fixed Assets (Finance)work closely with E2E GBPM & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutionsWho you areYou have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education. 3-5 years professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Project Management, Fixed Assets, Capex management and/or leasing.You also bring the following skills and competencies:Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for his/her dedicated areaExperience in SAP deployment / roll-out project managementStrong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, Procurement, preferably SAP S/4 HanaBusiness fluency in EnglishAgile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) – works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operationsStrong analytical thinking and problem solving mindsetExperience in working in multicultural teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functionsStrong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teamsGood change management and conflict management skills and experienceWillingness to travel internationally up to 10%In exchange we provide you withDevelopment opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources. You will also connect with and inspire your colleagues, therefore helping to shape the future of our organization.Your responsibilities will include:Apply structured OCM methodologies and concepts to lead teams successfully through the change journey in a data-driven manner by:Aligning vision, values and culture through targeted change efforts, sponsor commitment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and other strategic interventionsCreating a holistic change management strategy and integrating change management activities into project plans based on:Assessing the change impact and change risk related to planned developmentsDefining mitigation approach and measures to ensure organizational and user engagement and readiness that areIncorporating these into actionable OCM plans and deliverables: for example communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management planOwning and driving the implementation of above mentioned OCM plansBuilding an active change agent network to cascade necessary sponsorship and ensure engagement, readiness and adoption objectives are achievedWorking with project teams to identify and align the people or change success criteria, metrics and KPIs, which are then used for the basis of your data-driven OCM strategyTracking and reporting progress and risks to the successful implementation of your OCM strategyConsulting and coaching project teams, sponsors, change agents, also line managers and supervisors when necessaryPartnering with HR when necessary to ensure that needed changes are supported by HR processes and structuresWho you are:8+ years of experience in a leading Organizational Change Management role across sites and culturesExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Prosci, Change First, ACMP, etc.; psychology of change, Project Management (in a CSV and GxP environment), Lean & Agile, Design ThinkingAcademic background in social & behavioral sciences is preferred: (organizational) psychology, anthropology, sociology, cognitive & behavioral neuroscience, adult learning, marketing, communicationsAdditional exposure or experience with performance consulting, (digital) marketing, behavioral economics is appreciatedExperienced in moderating workshops with diverse project teams (physically & virtually)Growth mindset, entrepreneurship, customer centricity, data-driven, systems / design thinking, embracing the operating principles, VACC leadershipStrong communicator: ability to build substantial organizational awareness and trust quickly; ability to explain complex organizational set-up and concepts in an easily understandable written format;Well-organized: Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once while keeping an eye on the big picture and documenting progressTeam player: ability to generates enthusiasm and drive commitment; ability to work with virtual teams across the organization, located in different time zones and with differing culturesIn exchange we provide you with:Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
