The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical and machine learning modeling, and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Develop, implement, and maintain models throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in data. Analyze both structured and unstructured data to uncover insights, identify trends, and support stakeholders in solving business challenges and making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand emerging trends and perform advanced analyses.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate findings and insights, and to develop actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to align data science initiatives with organizational objectives, including designing and executing A/B tests.
• Partner with Program Management and Engineering teams to incorporate feedback and refine solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and reliability, following best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for data models, methodologies, and processes.

• Academic background in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent Data Science-related experience.
• Extensive experience in data science and analytics, with a strong foundation in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science).
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages for querying, analyzing data, and modeling.
• Strong understanding of Time Series and Regressor Modeling techniques and their applications is required, while knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working in an agile setting and managing projects from end to end.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to generate value for the business.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Dataiku is desirable.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as QlikSense or Tableau is desirable.
• Proficient in English
