Responsibilities:About the job:As the Director of Global Services Strategy and Sales you are responsible for the success of our Security Services Business. In your role you for define and implement the Sales Strategy and associated Go-To-Market plans. You will work directly with a team of dedicated sales and product managers and our marketing team for our Security Testing Services in various industries, including Semiconductor, IoT, Cloud, Automotive and Government. As a newly integrated business within Keysight, engaging and leveraging the Keysight Sales and Marketing organization globally will be one of focus areas.About the team:The Security Services Unit has a group of Sales Specialists in The Netherlands and a global Sales team which is locally represented in four regions; USA, Europe, China and Asia Pacific.Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate ownership of the Security Services Business to propel its growth and ensure its success.
  • Drive Sales Operations by overseeing quarterly forecasting, continuous opportunity assessment, and implementing key metrics for the Security Services Unit.
  • Define and realize a successful commercial strategy globally with regional nuances, including identification of markets, customers and commercial opportunities.
  • Drive Go-To-Market initiatives for existing and new Security Services, in collaboration with the sales teams, Services Product Management and Marketing.
  • Be the face of Keysight at crucial commercial, standardization, and industry events.
  • Build strong sustainable customer relations (at VP/Executive Level) and conduct customer discovery sessions.
  • Support building capable and well-functioning Sales teams for our Security Services.
  • Support commercial activities, through coaching, coordinating and (when needed) hands-on contribution.
  • Maintain a good spirit in the global Sales team and high employee satisfaction.
  • Align with stakeholders at in the Security Services Unit within Keysight, enabling an efficient and effective cross-role collaboration (sales, marketing, product management, operations, ..).
  • Align with commercial and marketing roles in the broader Keysight organization, enabling business growth for the Security Services Unit.

Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

  • Exhibit strong leadership as a sales expert with strategic thinking and exceptional business acumen.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify global and regional product-market opportunities effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make tactical choices to achieve our goals.
  • Extensive Sales experience with excellent skills in sales forecasting, lead qualification, offering creation and negotiation and the ability to coach and train sales teams on these aspects.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong ear for the customer/Listening
  • Combine short term and long term – action and strategy
  • Inspiring, coaching, challenging (regional sales teams and centralized sales specialists)
  • Seeking alignment across functions (global business)

Nice to have:

  • 10+ years of Sales or Sales Management experience
  • Inspiring, coaching, challenging (regional and global team)
  • Seeking alignment across functions
  • Fluent in English, additional languages such us German, French are a plus
  • Industry experience and network in Semiconductor, Government (Intelligence, Forensic, Military) Automotive or IoT segments.
  • Experience with Chip or Embedded Device Security Testing and/or Security Certification
