This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a groundbreaking communication platform from the ground up: defining the editorial voice, curating impactful stories, and ensuring content reflects the diversity and energy of the global workforce. The ideal candidate will embrace emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance editorial efficiency, content personalization, and storytelling innovation.Beyond the app, this role will lead the editorial strategy and execution across the company’s full suite of employee-facing communications channels-ensuring consistency, quality, and resonance in every message. From newsletters and intranet features to leadership and campaign employee storytelling, the Editorial Lead will be the guardian of a unified narrative that informs, engages, and inspires.The Editorial Content Lead will guide a worldwide network of publishers, elevate content quality, and craft a cohesive narrative that unites the organization across borders and cultures.
