Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.The OpportunityAs our new Global Environmental Partner, you will be an integral part of our Global Environmental, Health and Safety (Global EHS) team, contributing to projects that reduce our environmental footprint and align with international sustainability standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather data, ensure compliance, and identify areas for improvement.   • Support the execution of global environmental programs and initiatives
  • Collect, analyze, and report environmental data (e.g. energy, water, waste, emissions) from Nilfisk sites worldwide
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability KPIs and practices in day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to ESG related and environmental audits supporting compliance with sustainability related regulations
  • Assist in tracking and reporting progress toward sustainability goals and KPIs
  • Maintain documentation and databases related to environmental performance
  • Support communication around environmental performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Help create training materials and awareness campaigns about sustainability and environmental practices
  • Stay informed about environmental trends, policies, and best practices to support our global strategy

What You Will BringWe’re looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or any related field)
  • A proactive and curious mindset, ready to learn and contribute
  • A strong attention to detail and passion for driving change
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • The ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience or familiarity with environmental systems and reporting frameworks like ISO 14001, EcoVadis or SEDEX/SMETA is a plus
