Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the program consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential.
In each rotation you will be working on a specific project under the management of a Project Owner and a team of Grundfos employees. This project creates the content of your rotation, and you will be working with a real challenge found in the business. You can make a big impact here, so we expect you to give it your best and engage fully in each project.Continuous development opportunities will empower you to improve your skills. We will also ensure that you are part of a local and global community, coming together as a group several times over the course of the program. Here you will e.g. travel to Denmark to visit the Head Quarters of Grundfos, experience the history and be a part of the future of Grundfos.Location: SzékesfehérvárWho are we looking for?We’re seeking people who show a blend of curiosity, accountability, and the right balance of humility and assertiveness. What are the requirements for applying?To apply for the Stream Global Graduate Program – Business Administration, we expect you to have:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Management Accounting with strong academic achievements.
• Maximum of 3 years of experience after graduation, preferably 1-2 years of work experience (internship or student job).
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality.
• International mind-set with an ability to adapt quickly to change.
• The ability to create a significant impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A comprehensive analytical competency with digital and customer-centric mindset and flair for technology and digitalisation.
• Effective communication skills and excellent English.
