You will become a key member of the Global Nexperia HR Leadership Team. This role leads the Center of Excellence (COE) of Total Rewards and is end-to-end responsible for the design and execution of all (executive) compensation and employee benefits programs worldwide.You will report to the CHRO and the role is based in Nexperia’s HQ in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.What you will doManaging the high performing regional compensation & benefits teams.Oversees the design, development, implementation and administration of rewards plans, policies, and programs.Brings thought leadership and drive organization’s compensation and total rewards philosophy, strategy, and practices, ensure alignment with Nexperia’s mission and vision.Provides strategic input to executives and business leaders to ensure rewards programs are compliant, competitive externally and are aligned with market.Provide benefits expertise and guidance in the evaluation and selection of vendors, consultants, and partners in the negotiation of fee structures and contracts.Oversee the design, iteration, and maintenance of the organization’s salary structure and job evaluation processes in order to maintain appropriate internal equity and external competitiveness.Coordinate with CHRO on executive compensation and Long Term Incentive program design and execution.Collaboration with Finance to create annual merit and benefit budget.Identifies and responds to trends in compensation or benefits packages through market review and analysis.Develop processes and oversee the communications, roll-out, and project management of the annual compensation planning process for all employees.Act as Secretary of Nexperia’s Nomination & Compensation Committee (NCC).What you will needThe ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of Compensation & Benefits management experience in an international organization and role.Furthermore, you have:A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or HR.Decision quality.An effectively communication style.Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.Strong presentation skills.Why work for us?Flexible working hours and possibility to work from home.Permanent employment contract with a competitive salary and supplementary voluntary employee benefits.Company car.Bonus plan.A wide variety of training courses and career development options.Numerous further benefits, such as retirement provisions, travel allowance, company events, sports and leisure activities, employee discounts and even more.About the teamThe Global Head Compensation & Benefits is part of the professional international HR team.
