Amidst this exciting backdrop, the role of Global Incentives and Share Plan Lead within Opella’s People & Culture organization emerges as an important position.
Reporting to the Executive Compensation and Incentives Lead, with strong partnerships with our People and Culture, Reward and Performance and Finance teams, we are seeking an HR professional to join our team as Global Incentives and Share Plan Lead to ensure a smooth transition in readiness to set up and administer stand-alone Short-term and Long-term Incentive plans for Opella.
