• Legal Contracts and Compliance Target Operating Model (LCC TOM)

• To draft LCC TOM streams governance to be proposed to the TOM Steerco members
• To coordinate the main stakeholders
• To organize, plan and schedule the 6 LCC TOM streams and, in particular, to schedule and track the LCC Training sessions

• Legal Contracts and Compliance Communication and Events

• To run the LCC Communication plan
• To coordinate the LCC Seminars, All staff meetings and regular leadership team meetings

• Legal Contracts and Compliance Communication and legal design

• To contribute to the Legal design Transversal Working Group
• To collaborate with the LCC Legal designer to the creation of the LCC templates
• To legal design the LCC documents and announcements

• University of Law master’s degree
• Business School master’s degree
• Good level of English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office 365
• Good Communication skills
• Appetite for digital tools
• Meeting animation and good writing skills
• Nice to have :

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Agile Change Methodology
