- Facilitate data driven decision making by providing actionable insights based on analysis of marketing data from multiple sources, including digital platforms, CRM systems, GfK panel data, and other third-party tools.
- Analyse data to understand customer behaviour & preferences along user touchpoints, to identify marketing opportunities, and to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Systematically gather competitor intelligence and provide recommendations.
- Tracking and evaluation of market share developments and deriving concrete measures from it.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and consumer trends.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizations
- Collaborate with marketing teams responsible for offline and online touchpoints as well as sales to align data insights with business goals.
- Proven track record of using data to drive marketing success.
- Partner with IT department to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Background: Completed university studies in business, economics, marketing, data science or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years working experience, preferably in the fields of marketing analytics, campaign analysis or ROI tracking.
- Personality: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills to present data findings to diverse audiences.
- Working practice: Project management skills. Hands-on experience working with standard analytics tools, data visualization tools such a PowerBI. Knowledge of Google analytics.
- Languages: Fluent in business English.
