The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a good understanding of IT systems and experience managing cross-functional teams and third parties involvement to deliver successful outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth go-live
• Oversee different project phases to guarantee that the system implemented meets performance and functional requirements.
• Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience managing international and high complex IT projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attitude to work in team in dynamic contests.
• Good familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Past experiences with Salesforce implementation projects is a very nice to have.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Fluency in English
