Global People Development Coordinator

Do you have relevant experience, preferably in Training & Development, People & Culture, Marketing, Communications, or administrative function in a international environment? Your new role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, supportive colleague to join our Global People Development (GPD) team. You will work alongside senior team members and Head of Global People Development taking charge on practical aspects of team deliveries, from organizing online and offline training events to communicating with participants and answering questions of practical nature. In addition, we envision that you will take accountability for GPD communication tasks to support the team in promoting team deliveries, therefore experience with internal and external communications is a benefit.

Your key ongoing priorities will include:

-Planning, coordinating, and supporting all aspects of training programs and other activities, taking ownership of practical tasks.

-Serving as the primary point of contact for program participants, managing communications regarding practicalities before and after the programs, managing GPD mailbox.

-Collaborating with external vendors to ensure smooth execution of programs.

-Managing financial aspects related to events and programs, including invoice management and expense tracking to ensure financial accountability and transparency.

-Setting up evaluations using tools such as Microsoft Forms, Mentimeter, or similar, to assess team deliveries, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

-Meetings and internal events support: prepare agendas, organize internal events, i.e. off-sites and team days and coordinating calendars and practicalities.

-Developing and managing communication related to GPD activities, ensuring consistent messaging across all internal and external media platforms.

-Creating engaging presentations and materials in accordance with Corporate Visual Identity.

-Coordinating the ongoing task lists of student assistants to ensure all deadlines are met.

The role requires a high level of accountability for own tasks, ability to work collaboratively internally and externally, good communication skills and project management mindset.

What you bring to the team

You are a highly organized, positive, and solution-oriented person, excited about learning and development. Your ideal qualifications include:

-Relevant degree or certifications in event management, administration, or a related field.

-5+ years of proven experience in event coordination, program management or another relevant professional field, preferably in a multinational environment.

-Natural attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.

-Ability to maintain a structured approach while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

-Fluency in English, coupled with great verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

-Experience in developing communication plans, creating PowerPoint presentations, drafting articles and social media posts.

-Great knowledge of MS Office Programs, and ability to quickly grasp new programs and tools.

Seniority of the position will be based on your experience and qualifications.

The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. We offer flexible working hours and the ability to work from home, but regular on-site presence is required. We ask that candidates have existing working rights in Denmark, and we do not offer support for relocation to Denmark.
