Currently-for our client in the automation industrial sector-we are looking for a Global Pricing Expert.Working in this position, you will be involved in creating pricing reports, offering expert insights and assistance to improve pricing transparency.By facilitating data-driven decisions, you will significantly contribute to driving profitable growth and enhancing our competitive market stance. A major aspect of this role involves spearheading country-specific pricing transformation initiatives. You will play a crucial role in advancing the business’s pricing capabilities, strategies, processes, and analytics, promoting a more sophisticated and efficient pricing approach.Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, standardising, and maintaining pricing dashboards to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making at global and local levels, ensuring successful deployment and adoption by country teams.
• Analysing sales, pricing data, market trends, and competition to identify pricing opportunities and risks, monitor pricing targets, and collaborate with countries to propose actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Contributing to the design and refinement of the pricing transformation program. Leading country initiatives by assessing current pricing maturity and identifying areas for improvement, focusing on enhancing business performance and developing pricing capabilities.
• Contributing to growing a forum for sharing the best pricing practices, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in pricing.
• Actively contributing to pricing improvement initiatives with innovative ideas and solutions to enhance analytics and country deployment plans, sharing insights across business areas.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, more than 5 years of experience in a pricing role or similar, with exposure to developing and deploying pricing projects and a strong understanding of various pricing methodologies. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in analysing complex datasets, developing actionable insights, and leveraging reporting tools (minimum knowledge of Power BI, Excel). Proven expertise in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives would be an advantage (project management certification would be a plus).Excellent communication skills, continuous process improvement and a proactive attitude will also be important.If you feel that you are the perfect match for this role, please do not hesitate to send us your CV in English.
