Dental Monitoring was promoted in the Next40 for the third year in a row 🚀The Global Product Marketing Manager Role 📢
- Gather intelligence to build and nurture the vision for assigned products (voice of customer, user feedback, data analysis, competitor intelligence, pricing, user research, advisory board management)
- Ensures regular presence on the field with customer facing people and meeting with customers ( events/co travels/congresses)
- Coordinates go to market planning and roll out for assigned new products and key features
- Collaborate with technical PMs on existing and new product feature priorities for the roadmap
- Collaborate with PMs, Software Engineering and R&D teams on ideation and product-market fit
- Leads product marketing content coordination: creation and execution, within a defined timeline, of all tools, assets and pieces of content defined to support the launch
- Strongly collaborates with PMs, global marketing, communications, copywriter, creatives, translators… to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Collaborate to build best practices and lead commercial planning and product launch execution across the globe
- Responsible for supporting internal teams product knowledge: owns collecting relevant content/building content and good delivery of regular regional product trainings (in collaboration by regional PMMs) to customer facing teams
- Be the internal expert and champion ensuring the right knowledge level is acquired by all commercial teams
- Ensures regular internal/external communication of all product related changes impacting customers
- Participates in tracking metrics and indicators related to releases and new features impact
- Report on product adoption and commercialization effectiveness
- Collaborate with KOLs and customers for feedback and ideation
You will be successful in this role if you are/have 🏅
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- A proven track record of successful project management, ideally in the digital healthcare environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- A solid strategic thinking
- Highly customer centric
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in verbal and written French and English
