• Master Builders Solutions is seeking a dynamic Global product safety expert to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll have the flexibility to work from our Offices and from home. At Master Builders Solutions, safety always comes first, and as our Global product safety expert, you’ll play a key part in upholding that value.
• Preferred locations: Barcelona (SP).
• Other locations: Treviso (IT), Lisses (FR).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Material Master and EHS Data for products and raw materials in SAP.
• Create and update Safety Data Sheets (SDSs, eSDSs according to Global chemical legislation, preferred experience in REACh) and periodically review substances’ classifications according to CLP and UN-GHS.
• Support the introduction of new products, evaluation of physical, chemical, toxicity and ecotoxicity data.
• Monitor specific chemical legislation amendments and implement changes into the system.
• Manage Dangerous goods regulation regarding to products and packaging.
• Work in interdisciplinary projects related to product safety and maintain a network of product safety specialists.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in chemistry, life-science, toxicology or related areas, University degree (Master or PhD).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in chemical industry.
• Strong customer focused.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• English language proficiency is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Expected salary

€30000 – 65000 per year
