As local sales teams developed their own processes, it’s now time to align and scale — standardizing operations, boosting efficiency, and ensuring every market has fast, reliable access to the tools and data they need.We’re hiring a remote Global Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales team. If you’re passionate about improving systems and driving clarity, this role is for you. You’ll help unify sales processes, support daily operations, and build scalable solutions. Our goal: be strategic partners to local teams, solving problems and accelerating growth.What will you do?Be the main operational partner to the Sales teams across the globeAnalyze local processes and develop solutions and processes that fit multiple countries’ needsHelp drive implementation of global projects in coordination with local structuresBe a guardian of quality and consistency in our systemsCreate automations related to Sales process to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection both in our CRM and in other areasQuery datasets from different sources, turn data into information and information into insightDesign, implement & maintain metrics, dashboards, and reportsOversee KPIs and performance of local teams, be the first person to detect ‘red-flags’Make sure that our data is clean, and the processes are alignedIn this role, you’re working super closely with – and reporting directly to , our Global Head of Sales Operations 🙂Qualifications2–6 years of experience in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or business developmentFluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or other languages are a plusEducational background in STEM or business-related fieldsStrong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable decisionsA track record of delivering projects end-to-end — from problem definition to implementationComfortable collaborating across teams and working with multiple stakeholdersClear and concise communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similarConfident working with data — analyzing large datasets to spot trends, issues, and opportunitiesBasic working knowledge of SQL or similar tools to extract and manipulate dataAdditional InformationLocationWe can hire remotely in Europe, with a preference for Madrid, Barcelona or other Spain.What to Expect from Our Hiring ProcessWe like to keep things transparent and efficient!
