Your assignmentsActing as a liaison between different stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, developers, digital transformation, and project managers, to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.Applying analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems and make informed decisions.Analyzing current business processes, data, and systems to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.Creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant artifacts.Creating visual representations of current and future business processes to aid in understanding and decision-making.Your profileYou have a completed university degree in business administration, economics, or in a similar field, preferably with an MBA or PhDYou have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Pharma / Life Science industry, preferably in CRM focused and commercial-oriented rolesYou bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or AdminYou gained profound project management and stakeholder management skillsYou hold a Salesforce Admin Certification (this is a must), a Business Analyst certification is preferredYou proved an independent, process- and result-oriented way of workingYou have excellent communication and presentation skillsYou are fluent in the English language (written & spoken) , any additional languages are an advantageYou have intercultural experience and the are willing to travel internationally
