Global Senior D&I ManagerPermanentLaw firmCity of London£80,000 – £90,0003 days in the office – 2 days working from homeWe are looking for an experienced D&I professional to join a dynamic global team in a leading professional services firm. This role offers the chance to design, manage, and implement impactful Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategies across a global network.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the firm’s global D&I strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and global teams to drive D&I projects, including action plans and wellbeing initiatives.
• Oversee the management of six key D&I networks.
• Lead global campaigns such as Mental Health Awareness Week, International Women’s Day, and more.
• Manage an internal network of D&I champions to implement strategy across global offices.
• Work closely with clients and external partners to promote D&I initiatives.
• Oversee communication on D&I, including managing the D&I budget and reporting on strategy performance.

Skills:

• 5+ years of D&I experience in an international professional services environment.
• Proven track record in delivering impactful D&I initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and manage relationships.
• Ability to manage remote teams and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Expected salary

£80000 – 90000 per year
