About the jobWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Talent Management Operations Manager to join our Chief Talent Office. This role is essential for developing and implementing strategies within the Talent Management global function in order to make it more agile, data-driven, and aligned with Sanofi’s growth objectives. This key role oversees and optimizes our talent practices, ensuring that we retain and develop talent, from the most junior to Executive Levels, effectively while delivering the best-in-class people centric experience. In this role, you will, with your team, contribute to develop near and long-term talent innovation strategies to ensure Sanofi remains competitive with constantly evolving talent needs and external talent marketplace demands. This role collaborates closely with partners across regions and functions, such as the Talent Office, Employer Branding, Legal, Rewards and Performance, Digital, People and Culture, People Services. The role is part of the Operational Excellence leadership team and reports into the Global Head of Talent Operational Excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Candidate and Employee’s Experience will be embedded seamlessly in every operation solution design and implementation. You will collaborate closely with the Capability, Process and Technology teams in order to deliver a positive experience from candidates’ application to employees’ promotion.The role requires up to 15% travel, including international trips.Main responsibilities

• Talent Strategy & Operations – Design, optimize, and implement global Talent Management processes, increasing efficiency, automation, and user experience
• Technology & System Optimization – Oversee talent management systems (ATS, CRM, etc.), drive harmonization, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with digital teams for continuous improvement
• Performance & Succession Management – Ensure consistent execution of Talent Management programs, including performance management and succession planning
• Compliance & Best Practices – Implement legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements per country, ensuring alignment with global policies while staying updated on industry trends
• Data-Driven Insights & Reporting – Leverage analytics to monitor program success, optimize operations, and ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs
• Vendor & Budget Management – Oversee external talent-related vendors and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
• Capability Building & Change Management – Develop and deliver training, support system/process changes, and foster a data-driven, high-performance culture
• Project & Stakeholder Management – Lead talent-related initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure seamless alignment with business objectives

About youExperience

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or operations

Soft and technical skills

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• HR & Talent Management Expertise – Deep understanding of Talent Management programs, HR operations, and analytics in complex organizations
• Technology & AI Proficiency – Experience with Workday, Beamery, HireVue, and business intelligence tools
• Data & Reporting Skills – Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges collaboratively
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Ability to inspire teams, set direction, delegate effectively, and influence stakeholders
• Cultural Adaptability & Communication – Strong interpersonal skills with a multicultural mindset, clear and diplomatic communication in dynamic environments

Languages

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a huge plus
