Your key missions:

You will:

• Support the rebranding of Tech function as a key partner in Pernod Ricard digital journey (from “IT” to “Tech”), working in close collaboration with Tech key stakeholders (Transformation team…) to understand challenges and priorities regarding Tech image.
• Build and manage yearly internal/external communication calendar for communication actions related to Tech teams.
• Build and maintain standard messages, branding & communication assets of Tech function for internal/external communications, secure understanding & adoption by all relevant parties (including Tech leaders & managers, HR…).
• Prepare (and facilitate when relevant) all internal/external communications related to Tech functions/activities.
• Work closely with Pernod Ricard communication department to leverage global & regional/local communication initiatives to highlight Tech contribution to business value realization.
• Contribute to the acculturation of Tech teams on communication stakes.
