If your reply is “yes” then you might be our new GMP Supporter for Warehouse Support.The positionAs GMP Supporter, you will have a varied workday. One moment you might handle and document a quality incident in warehouse, helping operators follow the correct procedures, document the event correctly and find better solutions. And the next, you might participate in a workshop, test, or fix issues with proposed improvements in our processes, or partake in implementations of a new process.Your day-to-day tasks would include:

• Dealing with Quality Challenges in the warehouse and recycling team
• Investigating and reporting deviations
• Supporting Warehouse, Recycling and Logistics, including the warehouse people in the processes
• Updating and improving training setup
• Systematic problem-solving
• Partake in inspections/audits
• Partake in projects

You will be working in an open plan office with your colleagues, where ongoing sparring on tasks occurs in a dynamic and energetic environment where everyone is ready to lend a hand to ensure our deadlines are met.Furthermore, you will be in touch with our other departments, to develop a mutual strategy for providing the best solutions for the factory.Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in this role, you possess:

• a Bachelor or equivalent within Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or similar.
• At least 2 years of substantial experience within quality in a pharmaceutical production environment – preferably within GMP, QA, QC or other related fields.
• A natural interest in being close to where the processes are executed and in helping when challenges arise.
• Experience in writing documents and procedures in adherence to current regulations.
• Spoken and written English and Danish fluency.

As a person, you take the lead and initiative in meeting challenges, and you are ready to play an active role in improving the department as a whole. You are able to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of your work.You are a fast learner with strong analytical skills, which helps you attain oversight of complex processes and issues, and to then systematically resolve them. It is essential that you have good communication skills and can communicate effectively across the organisation.About the departmentIn the team, we are currently 12 dedicated employees responsible for the GMP support to the Warehouses in both our Aseptic Filling Factory and our Finished Product factory. Our goal is to provide support to the daily operation in dealing with any quality-related issues, and to implement ongoing improvements of our processes through project activity and systematic problem-solving.The team is flexible, helpful, and supportive of each other across competencies, and comprises a variety of backgrounds and experiences.We are a part of a rapidly developing factory, and we are currently working hard together with our colleagues to become Novo Nordisk’s primary product launch site.
