Role Summary and ImpactYour role will be to support our HUB – the Global Operations Centre, whose business function is to collaborate with our brands from other parts of the world in the scope of providing them with resources. You will be responsible for:

• Cooperating with Leadership in the areas of development, advisory, and support in daily duties.
• Developing the training area for employees and leadership.
• Overseeing the Performance Management process.
• International cooperation within the framework of projects implemented Globally and cross-hub.
• Implementing other employee development projects.
• Implementing HR projects, such as salary reviews, satisfaction surveys, succession planning, and others.
• Streamlining operations by utilizing our AI solutions.
• Conducting offboarding processes.
• Reporting on HR metrics.

Skills and ExperienceIf this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Higher degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role, covering core HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, other).
• A desire to develop within various HR projects, as well as proactivity and independence.
• Experience supporting or partnering with business functions on people-related matters.
• Very good knowledge of labour law.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness and openness to work in an international environment – we cooperate with the UK, US, India, and LATAM.
• Openness to innovation and a dynamic work environment.
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
