As our new GPS Launch Manager & Homologation Specialist, you will ensure that we have the approvals and documentation needed to sell our products in global markets. You will join our Product Team of 8 diverse team members, encouraging a collaborative culture.Two teams are involved in registering products for all GN brands in countries without a subsidiary. The Market Access team coordinates necessary documentation, while the GPS team collaborates with partners to provide brands in different markets. Your role will be to optimize and streamline these tasks.Your primary responsibility will be to establish a structured process to ensure all brands’ products are registered by local authorities, primarily through distributors. You will handle complex registrations and work closely with our homologation assistant, distributors, and various internal departments.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Coordinate end-to-end complex registration with Market Access, Product management, sales and costumers
• Be responsible to prioritize the tasks and countries registration
• Plan, structure and coordinate product registrations for GPS’ 90+ markets
• Be responsible to prioritize the tasks and registration
• Be the main contact person together with a colleague in GPS
• Assess the possible impact on product registrations if a change on a product is suggested
• Monitor and update national product registration requirements and keep distributors up to date
• Work strategically to smoothen our processes
• Participate in audits where required

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you understand the need to live up to the regulatory requirements from our markets. Here, your keen attention to detail will be needed. At the same time, you thrive in the role as gatekeeper where your ability to say no is important to make sure that we do not do anything as a business that puts our registrations – and thereby sales – at stake.We furthermore imagine that:

• You have a master’s degree and a good technical understanding
• You are good at navigating and optimizing different processes and familiarizing yourself with new, complicated material
• You have some years of experience working with homologation and regulations from the medical devices industry
• You speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a prerequisite. Another language is beneficial
