Learn more atJob DescriptionAs a Graduate Trainee Company Secretary, you’ll report into the Senior Assistant Company Secretary and support our corporate secretariat team. You’ll play an important role, working to ensure our governance processes are compliant, efficient, and align with best practices. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in corporate governance while gaining experience in corporate law and listed company compliance matters.Responsibilities could include:

This role is based in our central Dublin office. Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working, you’ll be in the office up to 3 days per week. Please only apply if this would be a suitable location for you.
