Offer DescriptionThe Material Science Institute of Madrid (ICMM-CSIC) and the Center for Biological Research (CIB Margarita Salas-CSIC) are offering a two year fully-funded Postdoc position in Artificial Intelligence.The position requires the Postdoc to present an innovative research proposals addressing the application of graph-based AI in drug discovery and chemical development. That focus on the development of AI-driven techniques for the design of novel materials aiding in water purification and energy solutions. Integration of AI tools in accelerating the innovation cycle in pharmaceuticals and material sciences. For more information about the position requirements check the extended description at the program website.The position is offered in the context of ALLIES postdoctoral training program in Artificial Intelligence led by the Spanish National Research Council, coordinated through the AIHUB Connection, and co-funded by the European Union under the HORIZON EUROPE MSCA COFUND program framework. ALLIES aims to recruit 17 postdoctoral researchers in 2 different Calls who will conduct interdisciplinary and intersectorial research in Artificial Intelligence aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.The candidates will be working with Prof Eduardo Hernández (ICMM) and Dra Nuria E. Campillo (CIB).
