SSC (Shared Service Center), Pénzügy, számvitelaccounts payable, kontrollerVACANCY DESCRIPTION: · Check and validate incoming invoices and supportive documentation for bookkeeping so that they comply with internal regulations and legal requirements · Executing processes related to incoming invoices, such as claims, returns, balance notifications, master data maintenance · Participating in month-end closing activities · Proving data, information and reports to different Stakeholders on a regular and ad-hoc basis. · Executing document and file management, as well as archiving activities. · Performs complex issue resolution, troubleshoots systems, provides first level support for colleagues · Plays a key role in assigned process migration, standardization – promoting effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operation.WHAT WE ASK: · 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferably in a multinational environment or in a Shared Service Centre environment · Studies in Accounting or Finance is a significant advantage · Fluency in English and Greek · Experience in SAP and related workflow solutions is an advantage · Confident Excel user · Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills · Proactive and outcome-focused attitude, eagerness to learn · Self-motivation · Results-oriented and customer-oriented · Ability to adopt changeWHAT WE OFFER: · Great team with enthusiastic professionals to learn from · Development opportunities · Flexibility on working hours to fit your academic schedule · Inspiring working environment · Challenging tasks with real added value · Brand new office with an entertainment unit · Cheerful environment with colleagues from different cultures
