Global Account Management Lead
In this position you are going to be responsible for formulating, executing, and overseeing the account strategy, focusing on growing sales and profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction. This involves coordinating sales operations, monitoring ongoing projects, and resolving specific customer issues. Locality preference: France CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the relationship • Lead the development of a 5-year sales pipeline. • Collaboratively engage all ABB divisions through product development, pricing, marketing, customer service, technical solutions/teams, commercial excellence, and leadership supporting the account strategy. • Lead (or coordinate) an improvement in client experience. Executive communication and presentation skills experience • Passionate about driving results.
