Group Aviation TraderPurpose of the position:Responsible for the Business Development and Market Sales&Supply according to the best possible conditions for the company in the region {Domestic and Export) in all segments (Wholesale & Into-Plane) from all sources (Own Production & 3rd Party Purchase) in the relevant area. Responsible for the Customer Satisfaction of the relevant area. Responsible for the planning, quality, margin, per-formance and project management within its scope of responsibilities. Assess and set the proper price – volume trade-off for the assigned markets in line with the Group optimum and coordinate the sales work accordingly. Participates in related projects and ad hoc tasks.Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution and coordination of Business Development and Market Sales&Supply activities within scope on regional level. Responsible for the short- and long-term planning (IP, TP, BP, SP) and forecasting of the relevant area.
• In charge of the internal and external Customer Satisfaction of the relevant area (Feedstock and Product Supply, Production, Logistics, Finance, Sales etc.) having effect on Customer Experience.
• Lead negotiations with key business partners. Responsible for liasing with key accounts falling within the scope of his/her activities and for finding potential (Wholesale, Logistics and Into-Plane) partners.
• Identifies market need and works out commercial approach in line with business targets of the given area.
• Provide technical coordination of the sales representatives and sales supports operating within the given area in group companies.
• Responsible for ensuring the internal and external compliance with the effective laws, regulations and corporate directives within its area. Responsible for the development of frameworks, guidelines, policies and processes of the given area.
• Contributes to the preparation of Business Strategies of the given area. Responsible for the preparation of related Business Cases and Strategy Execution Plans (Country Concepts).
• Acts in line with the Business Strategy and responsible for the implementation of strategic targets within its scope of responsibilities. Identifies and permanently develops the business opportuni-ties, follows up the sales prospects and turns them into business.
• Responsible for the preparation of decision-making proposals, presentations, reports and anal-yses supporting the planning, quality, margin, performance and project management of the relevant area in form and frequency specified by the business manager. Takes part in projects and ad hoc tasks and coordinates their teamwork.

Education, skills, experience:

• BSc/MSc in Economics or other relevant area.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the oil industry.
• Knowledge of economics, foreign trade, logistics, production, legal.
• Fluency in English.
• Driving licence.
