Talk to us about how we can best support you!Your role as a Group Fulfilment Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovation & continuous improvement projects and initiatives that develop the capability and performance of Logistics Customer Fulfilment to support digital growth. What’s the job?:

  • Develop and deliver complex group led projects and initiatives that develop customer fulfilment performance and capability.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the Group and OpCo Logistics and Fulfilment teams to support delivery of projects and initiatives that improve capability and performance. This includes providing support in 3PL contract negotiations.
  • Provide targeted subject matter expertise support to OpCo Fulfilment teams to troubleshoot specific performance issues and challenges.
  • Work collaboratively across OpCo S&L teams to identify and deliver opportunities to enhance Fulfilment capability and performance through a combination of sharing best practice and innovation. Unlocking further value from existing Fulfilment Systems and developing new ways of working or opportunities to monetise services
  • Provide subject matter expertise input to build fulfilment strategies through applying a combination of external and internal best practice.

What you’ll bring:

  • Expert level knowledge of Customer Fulfilment operations and capabilities including store and central fulfilment, DSV and carrier management.
  • Knowledge of Group and OpCo Fulfilment operations and their current capabilities
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and interpret complex data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex logistics & customer issues / operational & technology solutions clearly
  • Ability to build strong relationships and leverage these to influence stakeholders at a senior evel across functional, geographical and cultural boundaries.
