What’s the OpportunityWe’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to acquire and convert more car and home buyers for and , across digital marketing channels from paid channels like Search Engine Marketing to our owned channels like emails and notifications, and more in between.This is a hands-on, exciting role to make a significant contribution by planning which channels to use and how, implement the plan and then continually analyse and optimise performance. The role reports to the Head of Data and Analytics and will collaborate closely with Marketing in particular. Your success will have a real impact on further growing and capturing demand for cars sold by dealerships on , and homes sold by estate agents on .What will I be doingStrategy development: Taking a broad view of our car and home buyer acquisition and conversion to understand our funnel and the user lifecycle.Implementing your strategy to drive user acquisition, lead conversion, retention, and engagementData Analysis: Analysing performance using Google Analytics in particular to identify what’s going well and what could be improved, identify trends and adjust strategies accordinglyCreating Google Analytics events using Google Tag Manager to track conversions and collect the data we needCampaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. This will include taking over responsibility for some existing activity, in particular google paid search and evaluating channels we don’t use.Budget management and ongoing testing to improve performance.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.What skills and experience do I need4+ years proven experience managing growth / digital / performance marketing channelsStrategic perspective and ability to work autonomously; making decisions focussed on resultsCurious and data-driven. You question things like what kinds of buyers we acquire, what their value will be etc. You use data to help answer these questions, so that we are profitably improving our use of paid channelsExperience of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio (or similar tools)Excellent communication to clearly summarise your results, insights and recommendations and collaborate effectively with colleaguesTrack record of managing spend in line with budgets and revenue targets.What’s it like to work hereYou will have the opportunity to work with one of Ireland’s fastest growing Internet companies.
