This role is essential in ensuring efficient coordination across teams, maintaining project timelines and driving continuous improvement.What you’ll do

• Assist in creating and updating project plans, timelines and schedules, ensuring alignment with delivery goals.
• Coordinate day to day activities and follow up on tasks to maintain smooth progress across all delivery stages.
• Support backlog prioritisation and task management.
• Facilitate cross team communication to ensure alignment and a clear understanding of project goals and milestones.
• Communicate status updates to the VS delivery lead and relevant stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitates regular meetings to maintain communication follow and address issues.
• Assist in implementing Agile methodology to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Experience in project co-ordination, delivery support or a related role.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage an align cross functional teams.
• Proficient in project management tools.
