• The Senior Scrum Master guides the Agile Team in understanding agile principles, mind sets and adopting agile ways of working, helping resolve complex issues or blockers.
• This role will coach the Agile Team as well as other Scrum Masters and will work closely with the product owner to support prioritisation of the team’s backlog and remove blockers.
• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies
• Communicate status, risks and issues and progress to stakeholders

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Scrum Master Experience (SAFe & KanBan).
• Agile delivery experience – embedding practices (ceremonies, tooling, coaching).
• Functional knowledge of Value Streams, Risk Management, Cloud and DevOps delivery.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies.
• Experience working in a development team.
• Software Delivery Lifecycle experience.
• Risk Management experience.
