Your day at NTT DATA
As the head of the Security practice, your role spans across all elements from strategy & planning to execution & reporting. One of your key focus is to balance the transformation imperatives and the business continuity in the practice

What you’ll be doing
Security Solutions Manager (GTM)
As the head of the Security practice, your role spans across all elements from strategy & planning to execution & reporting. One of your key focus is to balance the transformation imperatives and the business continuity in the practice
Your first goal is to achieve the financial target of the practice. This is about Revenues and GP delivered by the different nature of businesses in the practice but also Order entry where you bear a joint target with the sales teams.
To meet your goal you are inspiring, organizing and managing a team of people, some reporting directly to you, and some being your extension acting in the different department of NTT Ltd France. These are Sales specialist, solution Architect, services architects, presales, consultants…
You develop strategic and tactical plans, manage the portfolio, articulate go to market plans, enable sales organization, ensure that technical organizations have the required skills and capability to support the portfolio, define execution plan, orchestrate demand generation , enroll our community of partners into joint development plans . In addition, you are fully responsible to support the sales cycle of all Security opportunities, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise to support winning strategies.
You will work in close relation with our strategic vendor partners and develop / endorse our plan with the critical ones.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Strategy & portfolio development:
Defines and leads the strategy for the Security practice, integrating NTT’s service continuum (Consulting, Integration, Support Services and Managed Services)
Drive iterative execution of the go to market tactical plans aligned with the Region (Europe) and NTT group
Identify and promote solutions that generate market traction, create opportunities pipe and drive sales
Work with the partner alliance team to develop our joint proposition with our key vendors, facilitate and create new opportunities with them
Drive internal and external marketing activities in relation to the portfolio
Sales enablement & client engagement
Define in conjunction with Marketing the sales enablement and campaign plan
Promote pro-actively solutions to clients and engage with them as a subject matter expert on Security solutions and trends
Guides the promotion of technical solutions to clients by engaging with them, understand the client environment and needs, and lead the pre-sales team during the RFI / RFP / bid defense phases
Provide support in the account planning process & work with sales to identify opportunities and engage clients
Define domains execution programs, depending on the market, existing and targeted client base, business objectives, maturity & skills – Drive their implementation
Align technical enablement requirement with Services organization
Leadership, Execution & reporting
Lead and manage a team of individual contributors and ensure performance goals are constantly reviewed and achieved
Keep you and your team up to date with technology evolutions in the security area
Support and maintain a community of practice where information and best practices can be shared.
Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders (sales, European counterparts, PS & MS delivery teams, other practice managers, contract teams) to create, implement and manage the practice roadmap that articulates the positioning, capabilities and features of the practice solutions offering
Owns the practice financial objectives in terms of revenues, GP and order entry; contribute to the overall budgeting process.
Track key performance metrics of the practices– identify gaps and implement corrective action plans
Using the different tools of NTT, provide an accurate outlook forecast of the business for the quarters to come.
