Duties to includePerform non-technical related maintenance and repairs on a wide range of assets Planned Maintenance and repairs on a wide range of assets, including the installation of hardware, shelves, cabinets, and furniture Installation of hardware such as doors, door frames, shelving systems Repairing and refinishing furniture Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed Always adhere to safety procedures and guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Liaising with the site Helpdesk to close out PPMs and Corrective works Maintain accurate reco! rds of maintenance work performed Keep tools, equipment, PPE in a good working condition What you bring: Proven track record in similar role, preferably with at least 3 years’ experience Proficiency in a wide range of non-technical building fabric techniques, including but not limited to installing, repairing, and replacing doors, door frames, hardware, shelves, cabinets, and furniture. Ability to produce high-quality workmanship Strong problem-solving skills Good literacy and clear communication skills Experience adhering to strict safety and quality standards Adaptability to work in various settings and conditions, including occasional evening or weekend shifts, to accommodate project schedules and deadlines Collaborative, with the ability to work as part of an engaged and focused team What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
