Job Title Head CDD Strategic Design & DeliveryJob DescriptionWould you like to provide thought leadership and strategic direction for the bank’s CDD program at a global level?You and your jobThe Head of CDD Strategic Design & Delivery reports to the Global Head of CDD and is accountable for the design and execution of the CDD strategy.The CDD Strategic Design & Delivery team is a new sub-team within the CDD domain. The team consists of skilled professionals who provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and delivery for the bank’s global CDD programs and projects. The Strategic Design sub-team develops a global strategic vision for CDD, aligned with the FEC Strategy, and stays updated with regulations and innovative tools to enhance CDD programs. Overall, the team plays a crucial role in defining the long-term strategy and vision for CDD in line with the FEC Strategy.Facts & Figures

• 40 hours per week
• Part of a global CDD organization (appr. 40 FTE)
• 9.5 million customers around the world

Top 8 responsibilitiesThe Head of CDD Strategic Design & Delivery is responsible for:

• Managing the Strategic Design & Delivery team;
• Providing clear direction and support to the MC FEC CDD, ensuring alignment with the bank’s FEC strategy and goals;
• Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the bank’s CDD program is aligned with industry best practices;
• Creating high performance teams promoting a culture of cooperation, open communication and honest feedback;

• Providing thought leadership on CDD, including market practices and innovation;
• Developing and communicating a clear vision for the bank’s CDD program, leading it to a world-class setup aligned with the FEC mission and vision;
• Establishing effective governance and oversight processes to ensure the effective and efficient execution of the team’s responsibilities;

• Ensuring that the bank’s CDD strategic program is consistently reviewed and updated to reflect changes in regulations, emerging trends, and best practices.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Law or Economics;
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in AML/CDD/TM/Sanctions field of expertise;
• At least 7 years of leadership experience in complex organizations and knowledge of business processes, compliance and associated risks;
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the area of CDD compliance and regulations, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and emerging trends;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals;
• Thorough understanding of the entire customer life cycle of a client within a financial institution;
• Expert in the following Skills: Judgement & decision-making, Complex Problem Solving, Self-Reflection, Storytelling and Agility;
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
