Business Environment

Within Airline Solutions Programs, Delivery & Support organization is in charge of the 3 critical processes to bring value to our customers: 1. Onboarding of new customers into Airline Solutions (products/services); 2. For existing customers, providing services to support the usage of these solutions (support, training, …) and 3. Managing the delivery and governance with customer in close collaboration with customer-facing teams, product and services teams. The team includes around 700 travel and tech professionals across the globe whose missions are to maximize our customer’s success and position services as a key component of our overall value proposition. At the center of Nevio Programs aiming to bring retailing capability to airlines, this unit is embracing the transformation to scale the delivery of the Nevio pipeline while relying on the strong assets built with Altea implementation and delivery.

The Head of Central Implementation Services unit is responsible for managing, developing, and carrying out the implementation for existing or new airlines customers for the entire Altea and Nevio solution portfolio. The main challenge will be to utilize the extensive expertise in airlines and implementation built as part of Altéa programs to write the new chapter to scale Nevio solution deployment. The ambition is to be able to carry out more than 30 Nevio programs in parallel as of 2028. To achieve this and focus on business value conversations with our customers, we need to streamline our processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and lead-time, and ensure customer success; Define the needs in terms of the serviceability of the solutions linked to the domain (definition of the requirements, definition of the level of investment and deployment objectives …). Ensure feedback loops to guarantee continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering & Product teams to streamline the solution.
  • Define an Implementation Strategy for Nevio taking into account the retailing transformation, the move toward solution and Services; the volume/scale to deliver the program; the various customer segments (Altea, non-Altea, Shaper). Ready to support 30 parallel programs in 2028.
  • Engage with Customers to ensure successful deployment and address any frictions/risks or issues. Be an active participant in the Customer Life Cycle and work closely with the regions & customer-facing teams to anticipate, reduce frictions and maximize value to our customers.
  • Develop the teams to match customer pipeline, solution-driven deployment transformations; identify skills gaps and manage talent. Define and execute a footprint and third-party strategy to deliver our services.
  • Coordinate teams to deliver customer projects under the accountability of the delivery program. Supports execution of 40MEur of program implementation. Ensure feedback loops to guarantee continuous improvement.
