We’re seeking a visionary Client Applications Manager with proven expertise in leading development teams and driving technological transformation. Join us in reshaping the future of post-trade processes within a company that’s a leader in innovation and part of a prestigious group at the forefront of post-trade and Asset Servicing solutions.What You Will Do

• oversee Post-Trade Services applications, including settlement and custody asset management
• lead hybrid SCRUM development teams, combining current technology with cutting-edge development stacks
• work from our vibrant Barcelona office while having the flexibility to travel for short periods (1-5 days)
• adapt to application needs with a dynamic work schedule (9:00 AM – 6:45 PM)

What You Bring

• deep knowledge of financial technology and trends in Spain’s financial sector
• a forward-thinking mindset with a passion for global innovation in aggregation processes
• proven success in leading technological transformation projects within financial environments
• expertise in application lifecycle management and operational processes
• at least 5 years’ experience managing development teams and delivering exceptional client applications
• fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level or higher)
