We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate to manage all the collection activities of our organization. As a key member of the company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and commercial skills, the ability to lead a team and is goal oriented

Main missions and responsibilities:

• Review regularly, in collaboration with Collection HQ, the collection strategy and adjust it when needed.
• Ensure that all collection activities are realized accordingly to company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and ensure that the collection performance meets the budget defined.
• Steer the activities of external providers, based on SLAs and defined KPI’s, to ensure an adequate cost / efficiency ratio.
• Ensure data quality in the information present in the internal/HQ reports.
• Support all the projects on collection perimeter, defining the user needs and performing the necessary tests.
• Ensure an effective team management and empower a good cooperation with the rest of the organization.

Profile:

• Master’s degree in economics, law, engineering or business subjects.
• 8 years of experience in similar position in Retail banking sector.
• Experience in Consumer finance experience would be considered as an additional advantage will the focus of auto finance.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Knowledge of debt collection technics.

Knowledge – Specific experiences:

• Demonstrated experience in similar business.
• Strong analytical, management and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish is a nice have.
