You will be joining our client at a great time in its development.As Head of Mental Health Complex Care, your role will entail the following..
- Lead the Mental Health Clinical Team and ensure our client’s medical, physical, and emotional needs are met by leading our client’s specialist RMN team with expertise and compassion.
- Oversee the provision of community care services, under a diverse range of various legal frameworks, including CTO’s and Dol’s ensuring each client receives personalised and compassionate care according to their complex needs.
- Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team of specialist RMN’S and Healthcare Assistants, fostering a culture of continuous development including sign-off of clinical competencies
- To carry out, and provide leadership in Business Development in selling our client’s services.
- Mobilise packages of care across our client’s Complex Care caseload.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership in complex care situations
- Analyse performance data and feedback to improve care services and client outcomes
- Working closely with community teams, Integrated Care Boards (ICB), CHC and CQC to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
- Responsible for implementing individual targets and KPI’s and working with the team to drive performance and ensure that these are met.
- With a solid understanding of care regulation, the ideal person will be able to identify indicators of poor performance and poor quality and act effectively using management information to drive decision-making.
- Ensuring your team complies with CQC & compliance standards and policies.
- Conduct regular 121’s and team briefs including information about goals and other relevant information, alongside attending monthly/quarterly reviews to discuss individuals’ & team performances.
- Working closely with the Managing Director, Senior Operations Team and the Head of the Complex Clinical division to ensure continued growth and development. the growth of your region
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Complex Mental Health/ Operational within the Care Sector.
- Have a vast knowledge of working with clients with Complex Mental Health needs
- A detailed understanding of statutory regulations is essential.
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and continuous improvement.
- Experience devising and undertaking quality improvement projects and evidence-based evidence.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills essential.
- Forward thinking, proactive and creative
- The ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements.
- Experience of providing similar services.
- Experience in business development and growth to meet identified KPI’s.
- Strong leadership and management experience.
- Experience of senior management role
- Must be able to drive & prepare to travel across the Group network. Northwest
