Job Description:Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Head Of Corporate Security Department (f/m) to join our Corporate Secretary based in Marignane, France.Main mission:– Establish the vision, the strategy and the governance of the “Company Industry & Defence Security” for Airbus Helicopters Group.– Define, coordinate and control the group security policy, to ensure protection of staff, plants, means and information.– Ensure appropriate security measures aiming at guarantying the protection of the “secret of defence” as defined by contracting authorities.– Sensibilize, coordinate and advise the Airbus Helicopters Group on security matters to protect the scientific, technical and industrial patrimony supporting the business for achieving the company objectives.– Be the focal point of Home Country’s MoDs and MoIs.– Represent Airbus Helicopters in the Airbus Group Security Committee.This position may require being eligible for a French “Secret Defense” security clearance by the French authorities.Your working environment:Major economic hub with Marseille-Provence Airport, Marignane is a dynamic city in the southeast of France. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.Your challenges:Deploying and leading the team of worldwide security focal points towards the defined objectives.Proposing, defining and coordinating the security policy and objectives applicable within Airbus Helicopter group including customer and industrial centres (in accordance with specific national regulations).Ensuring consistency with national and international regulations within Airbus Helicopters.Defining the security requirements aiming at protecting information’s systems (in coordination with the Information Management directorate).Defining security requirements for the expatriates and staff on mission.Defining security audits plan to validate the application of security measures.Coordinating security awareness policy for the group Airbus Helicopters.Ensuring the relationship with the Airbus Group security community.Your profile:We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:Experience in project and team managementExpertise in securityAbility to drive changeLeadership skillsCustomer orientationFrench & English: negotiation levelExperience in military, police or ministry followed by a civil experience in industry is a plusThis position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.Not a 100% match?
